About Us
Cetis is managing the development on behalf of HEMEX LLP which is a private consortium based in London.
The partners of HEMEX LLP are particularly aware of the controversial nature of windfarm schemes in general, and have therefore sought to develop a scheme that poses minimal impact on the landscape environment by looking at major roadside locations and taking the view that locals, where possible, should partake in the success of the scheme. The partners therefore intend to offer up to two turbines for investment by members of the local parishes on a priority basis.
